Muddy amber, with OK head as poured. Hint of hop, fruit syrup, ?vanilla? tart aroma. Syrup fruit taste and after, lactic under, and a lasting sense of cheap ice cream tubs. Bit creamy. Could definitely drink more, bit dangerous at 10%

Imperial IPA - Steam Brew

Hazy brass gold. Large off off white foamy head on pour, with OK surface and a thin halo retention, and OK lacing. Citrus tangy Bitter aroma, more than IPA. Light, fruity sweet taste, Bitter after, quite dry all round. Silky with a hint of pepper - oddly light for 7.8%, more a strong Bitter than an IPA?

Imperial IPA - Camba Bavaria

Yellow orange with a sediment haze. Very large, slightly yellow head on pour, with good retention and good, if loose, lacing. Slight fruity-sweet aroma. Thick, citrus malt, bit tannic, taste and after. Viscous. Bit pulpy – sediment, not effervescence.
