Brass, with bits in. Some orangey foam on pour, dispersing, no retention or lacing. Lemon curd, woody booze, light sweetnes in aroam. Light effervessence. Lemon curd and meringue, not getting the 'pie' so much. Before the current vogue for 'pastry' beers, perhaps. OOD: 200201
