Very cloudy peach red. Little head as poured, but good retention and very little lacing. Faint raspberry pulp aroma. Raspberry jam on burnt toast taste and after, lasting burnt. Creamy.

Raspberry red. Some head as poured, with little retention and very little lacing. Tart, floral, hibiscus fruity aroma. Similar taste, thick with deep raspberry, and after. Soft effervescence. (Syzygy, incidentally, is a ‘roughly straight-line configuration of three or more celestial bodies in a gravitational system’, like an eclipse, basically.)
