Deep gold. Good creamy head on pour, very little surface retention but good lacing with some layering. Smelt like aurinal cake, very harsh. Cold, shit, Euro Lager. Am I above the obvious "if this is Exceptional, I'd hate to try the reguler" joke? No, I don't think I am, it was just that shit (5915th of 5933 on entry). Pub was crap, too - told it had Real Ale and was close to restaurant (Thai place called Phi, which was lovely), but it had a shit selection, smelt bad, and was very uncomfortable.
