Cloudy orange. Some head as poured, thick half-moon halo retention but little to no lacing. Tart, slightly white wine, aroma. Sour taste, puckeringly sour after. Hint of apple core. Bit viscous, with peppery effervescence. Might not show in this description, but genuinely good.

Murky amber. Littlle head as poured, no retention or lacing. Fruit, teacake, sugar aroma. Viscious, fruit pulp, sweet taste, like a fruity iced tea. Not 'sour', so much as quite hoppy.
