Black. Some tan head as poured, with good halo and surface retention but little to no lacing. Vanilla sponge cake, slightly chocolate, aroma - becomes more chocolate as it progresses, might’ve been environmental vanilla from waitress’s perfume. Chocolate sponge with chocolate frosting taste and after. Creamy, with a dry lasting note.
