Red-black. Large tan foam head on pour, dispersing, thin halo and little surface retention with some loose lacing. Initial foam banana aroma, cakey / pastry in close, developing a hint of milk chocolate. Cakey pastry (pancake, I guess, American style) taste, chocolate cream, sweet after Banana not obvious outside of aroma. Thick, creamy, subtle foamy effervescence.
