Red black. Extremely large dark tan head on pour, dispersing, ¾ halo and very good clumpy surface retention, with very good scale-like lacing. Dry, chocolate biscuit aroma. Some roast malt, bitter cocoa taste, with a similar, drier, after. Silky, with some sharp effervescence.

Cocoa brown. Some light tan foam head as poured, little halo and very little surface retention with no lacing. Creamy cocoa malt aroma. Cheap milk chocolate – like HB advent calendar in February cheap – taste and a drier chocolate after. Tiny sharp bubbles, bit creamy and somehow gritty.
