Marzipan, apricot jammy, sponge cake taste, similar after with slight dry icing sugar lasting. Some creamy effervescence, but still unfortunately watery. Why does this feel … bad?. It’s at least OK on all fronts, and actually good on some, but feels like a disappointment, like I’m angry at it for not being excellent…
