Pale yellow-gold drink, with slightly sour, vinegar-wine aroma. Apple-wine taste, slightly sweeter apple in the after. Effervescence on tounge but not really 'bubbles' as such, more a tingly sharpness.

Pale yellow-gold drink, slightly wine-like aroma with faint honey-syrup-like undertone. Tart, apple-wine taste, with a tart apple after that softens to sweet honey.

Quality: 68.5, Enjoyability: 65, Overall: 66.75

Very pale gold, slightly sparkling, somewhat sour-cloying fruit aroma. Smooth sherbert taste, sharp bubbles, with a tangy after. (Honey smell has gotten sourer, taste is smoother.)

Sparkling, pale gold mead, tart green apple aroma with deep vinegar and yeast notes. Tart apple taste, similar after with deep vinegar note. Served cold, honey character developed in aroma, taste and after as warmed.

Very pale gold drink, small soft bubbles with no head, honeyed slightly turpentine and yeast aroma. Surprisingly dry mellow honey tate and after.

A little harsh, but still surprisingly tasty. And again, it was an experiment with cheap ingredients, so I'm quite happy with it. Last big bottle.
