Teak beer, strong rum and raw sugar cane aroma. Flat, not head or foam at all. Syrupy sweet, and thickly textured - sickeningly sweet, in fact, and I've drank syrup without thinking that - taste, with a very faint hint of vanilla (or something, possibly assumed it was vanilla because I expected it to be there) in the after. First taste has an alcohol burn, but this passes with later tasting. Given the strength, and the attitude on the label, dissappointly bland.
