Gold, good foamy head on pour. Dry apple must aroma. Medium apple taste - not too dry, not syrupy sweet, just nice. Still a dull-ass cider, but one of the better ones, maybe? First time in Town Hall for at least 2 changes of owner. Crappy selection, but an impressive building and the food looked OK if expensive.
