Chestnut, with some head as poured. Dry wood (oak?) aroma, bit nutty. Peaty booze, like the promise of the aroma, but heftier. Glad I managed to fit this place in, shame it was just before last orders but there was some talk of going home tomorrow and I didn't want to miss out entirely.
