Deep red. Some creamy head at pour, with some retention, good lacing and layering. Slightly red fruity malt aroam. Lightly effervessent, fruit, malt, with rye-peppery after.

Rich ruby-amber. Good dark tan head on pour, with OK halo and some surface retention, and very loose lacing. Deep, woody, slightly cocoa, malt aroma. Woody, cocoa malt taste, bit fruitier after. Soft fizz effervescence. Warmer, deeper and just a bit … better than I expected. Sorry Wychwood!
