Red gold. Large head on pour, with some surface retention and good lacing. Deep menthol hop aroma, tannic notes. Similar, dry, taste, copper caramel after.

Rick gold, with an OK head on pour. Light, slightly peppery, malt forward aroma. More like an Amber Ale or Bitter than an IPA, perhaps, with a hoppy after kick. Only beer in the Calendar I’d already had.
