Quality: 65, Enjoyability: 60.5, Overall: 62.75
Black. Extremely large dark tan head on pour, dispersing, but good retention and lacing. Initial biscuit malt, creamy dark roast malt aroma. Creamy, milder coffee taste, similar but bit acetone after. Creamy nitro smooth bubbles, but disappointingly wet. If this were Black Heart, it’d be fine, but for the Double Stout version, it’s honestly a bit lacking.
