Quality: 56, Enjoyability: 56.5, Overall: 56.25
Opaque lemon curd. OK head on pour, with OK surface retention and good loose lacing. Citrus sherbet aroma, bit earthy-sour under. Similar taste and after, bit like a lemon sherbet sweet, developing bubblegum. Creamy, peppery effervescence.
