Quality: 61.5, Enjoyability: 57, Overall: 59.25

Hazy amber. OK off white head on pour, with some surface retention but no lacing. Greenhouse strawberry aroma, bit bready. Doughnut strawberry jam taste, similar after with lingering clotted cream. Tiny, creamy effervescence. Takeaway can with a short date – I’m not still in Ebenezer’s!
