Murky dirty lemon. Some creamy head as poured, halo and little surface retention with loose lacing. Earthy, bit dank, citrus aroma, developing jammier citrus. Thick, peppery, earthy taste and after – quite dry. Creamy effervescence. Tastebuds may be a bit skewed by the (delicious) katsu curry I just ate…
