Grapefruit juice. Large head on pour, with good retention and some lacing. Initial fruity sawdust aroma, pulpy tart citrus in close. Dry, pithy, tart fruit tart and after. Dry in the mouth, with tiny sharp effervescence, and a juicier after texture.
