Black. Some tan head as poured, with little retention and no lacing. Bit rubbery / tonka bean, and soy sauce aroma. Bit ‘maple pecan Danish’ taste, rubbery similar after. Thick, but not unpleasantly so, with tiny dull bubbles. Needed a glass of water to clear my mouth before next beer…
