Opaque lemon curd, with a semi-active open. Very good head, dispersing, with some surface retention, a thin halo, and loos lacing. Dry, sherbet lemon resin, sweet aroma. Creamy, citrus, sherbet, juice taste and after. Creamy, with tiny sharp effervescence.
