Big Foam is a rustic lager, with German pilsner malt and locally gown spelt. Finished with a large dose of Hallertau Blanc and Astra hops, for a peachy white wine finish. Fermented cold, naturally acidified and naturally carbonated. Pour hard, bask in the Big Foam.

Quality: 54.5, Enjoyability: 57, Overall: 55.75

Gold. Extremely large foam head on pour (duh), with good clumpy surface retention and halo, and loose layering and lacing. Wheaty, slightly rye, Lager aroma. Similar taste and after.
