Simcoe, Amarillo and Strata give this crushable Session IPA the soft sweetness of tropical fruit and ripe citrus without being cloying or sour. These hops marry a gentle, dank and herbacious nose with easy going notes of orange, lemon, grapefruit, papaya, melon and fresh berry.

Quality: 55.5, Enjoyability: 55, Overall: 55.25

Hazy gold. Large head on pour, with good halo and surface retention, and OK to good - if a bit loose - lacing. Yeast, pineapple, bit lactic aroma. Pineapple smoothie, bit herbal note (rosemary?) taste, cheap ice cream similar after. Creamy.
