Opaque lemon curd, with a large head on pour. Tangy, lemon, cream, pine sawdust aroma. Soft, creamy, lemon sherbet taste, sharper resin after. Silky.

Red black. Large tan foam head on pour, dispersing, thin halo and little surface retention, with no lacing. Nutty - more ‘hazel’ than ‘wal’, to be honest - chocolate mallow aroma. Nutty vanilla milk chocolate taste and after, somewhat dry lasting. Milky, some tingly effervescence.
