Near opaque lemon gold. Very large, very white, foam head on pour, but only thin halo and extremely little surface retention, and little to no lacing. Icing sugar dry, lemon curd, bit brine aroma. Lemon juice sharp, hint of meringue, taste, lightly curd similar after. Wet
