Purple, chunky pulp, slightly active open - mightn’t’ve let it rest long enough after shaking. Opaque purple creamy smoothie, frothy top, with clumpy foamy retention and lacing. Tangy red berry smoothie aroma, with a slightly yeasty under. Similar, more dry yeast, taste and after. Viscous and pulpy, with some effervescence - definitely more of a smoothie/milkshake than a beer, but delicious with it, even if I’m not sure it’s exactly what I want in a beer.
