Black. Extremely extra large tan head on pour, dispersing some, with a thin halo and OK surface retention, but little lacing. Deep, roast, savoury, smoke, bit molasses/treacle aroma. Some treacle/roast malt taste, stronger after. Oddly thin in the mouth - not thin-thin, but much thinner than I’d expect for ABV and aroma, but with a thicker lasting afterfeel.

Black, with very good dark tan head on pour. Treacle, dark chocolate, hefty aroma. Dry, chocolate, treacle malt taste, very dry similar after. Heavy.
