Huge creamy head, some lasting, patchy lacing. Bright amber beer,Belgian beer aroma (yeast, banana esters, corriander, etc.).

Bright gold. Gushing open, but no head (lost about 1/3 of bottle to gush!). Belgian, sour aroma. Belgian Beer, OK but a bit disappointing - maybe not aged enough? This was the younger of the 2 I had, to compare with a longer aging process. Label was apparently made of dust, couldn't remove it...

Ruby. Some head on pour, dispersing, with no retention or lacing. Clove spice, must, Belgain Al aroma. Barley Sugar spice taste, bit peppery after.

Hazy gold. Extra large head on pour, with good surface and thin halo retention with OK loose lacing. Floral, hop, clove, ?tarragon? aroma. Banana, clove, bit syrup taste, drier more savoury after. Lots of soft effervescence.

Hazy amber. Good head on pour, with good retention and lacing. Strong, syrup orange clove aroma, bit more pith and herbal (coriander?) in close. Tangy similar taste, sweet similar after. Peppery sharp effervescence, bit thick.
