Murky purple, with some head as poured. Faint fruity aroma, more blackberry than blueberry of raspberry. Blueberry taste, tarter after – still not quite raspberry – and a Ribeana blackcurrant lasting. Silky, with tiny peppery effervescence.

Purple, with lumps of ?ice cream fat? (I shook the can as instructed, but apparently not enough, as a lot of the pulp/cream solid were still … well, solid.) Little surface foam on pour, ice cream suds and streaks remaining, more than head or lacing. Clotted cream, fruit aroma (I’d say blackberry, but the can claims blueberry). Creamy, jammy, berry taste and after. Smoothie thick and a little lumpy - again, didn’t shake well enough.
