Black cherry. Very good dark pink head on pour, dispersing, ¾ halo and very little surface retention with some loose lacing. Deep black cherry aroma, almost plummy. Black cherry taste, tart more than sour, with a more briney after – not really picking up the vanilla, unless it’s just translated to body.. Juicy with some peppery effervescence.
