Milky yellow (makes it sound SO appealing…). Good head on pour, halo and some surface retention, layering. Cream, lemon, sawdust aroma. Creamy, citrus, lemon curd taste, tangy spice after.

Opaque dirty lemon. Some foam on pour, but very thin halo and very lttle surface retention and no lacing. Sweet, tangy, lemon curd aroma. Many small semi-sharp bubbles. Lemon curd taste, peppery similar after.
