Black. Extremely large foam head on pour, thin halo and 1 island of foam retention, with OK loose lacing. Initial aroma more Bitter than Stout - bit homebrew, actually - developing vanilla with a bit of dark chocolate. Malty Bitter taste, dark chocolate after. Milky, with some effervescence. Disappointingly vague for a 7.5% Imperial Stout.

Black. Extremely extra large, very dark tan head on pour, with some surface retention but very little lacing. Dry, dark, bitter cocoa - or very dark chocolate - aroma. Smooth dark chocolate taste and after. Creamy. The 10% version averaged 73.1%, this comes in at 70% - pretty decent consistency.
