Black, Good tan head on pour, with good retention and lacing. Stollen aroma. Thick, creamy, marzipan and fruitcake taste, bit more cinnamon in after.

Peach juice. Little halo head as poured, but OK retention and good layering. Wafer cone, strawberry syrup aroma. Strawberry and something (apricot, I guess?) fruit taste, drier marzipan after.
