Light lemon curd, with a good head as poured. Zingy lemon curd aroma, sweet meringue under. Tart, sweet, even a hint of pastry - definitely Lemon Meringue Pie!

Bright light gold. Very good head on pour, with good halo but little surface retention and OK lacing. Initial tart lime aroma, meringue up close. Sweet lime taste (lime curd?), dry icing sugar/frosting after.

Opaque lemon. Tangy fruit aroma, sweet. Similar taste – if I didn’t know it was passionfruit, I’d’ve said lemon meringue pie – and a powdery sweet after. Some tiny sharp effervescence.
