Mahogany. Good tan head on pour, halo and OK surface retention with good lacing. Chilli chocolate, gingerbread aroma. Rich cocoa taste, dark chocolate after building in heat. Many soft bubbles, creamy like. Very rich hot chocolate, with a punch of spice.

Hazy gold. Good head as poured, with OK surface and good halo retention, and semi solid lacing. Pickle brine-ish aroma, with a hint of heat that hits the back of your nose. Peppery, fruit taste, similar after with a building spice heat – never gets too hot, but noticeably there.

Cloudy peach. Some head as poured, dispersing, no lacing. Vinegar sour initially, with a sweeter fruit aroma under - you’d assume watermelon, but not obviously so. Jalapeno brine spicy taste, with a sweet fruit note, and more definite watermelon after. Some tiny effervescence, watery, with a lasting spice-burn on the lips.
