Strawberry pink, with a very active open. Very large pink foam on pour, with very good retention but oddly little, loose, lacing. Strawberry juice aroma, Mad Dog 20/20 booze note. Juicy strawberry taste, slightly more syrup-sweet after.

Cloudy strawberry peach. OK head as poured, with OK retention and good lacing. Strawberry lemonade aroma. Similar taste and after. Pulpy/smoothie body with teeny bubbles. Another expensive one (about £9 a half), and this isn’t even particularly strong.

Black. Some off white head as poured, with OK halo but little surface retention, and some lacing. Rich, cocoa berry aroma. Astronaut ice cream taste, strawberry syrup after – not really getting vanilla unless it’s more of a background smoothness. Silky

Murky red peach, with no head as poured. Play-Doh vanilla fruit aroma. Melted strawberry lolly (more Mivvi than Foot?) taste and after. Cold, unsurprisingly, but thinner than expected.

Hazy strawberry juice. Very good head on pour, solid surface retention with a thick halo, and OK lacing. Very strong strawberry Crusha aroma. Strawberry Crusha taste and after. Similarly milkshake texture, with some peppery effervescence. Overly sweet, if I’m being honest, and a little disappointing.

Hazy red-amber, clearing. Little head as poured, with good retention but very little lacing. Sweet, fruity, woody aroma. Strawberry syrup taste and after. Sharp small effervescence, bit syrup. Served very cold, developing warmer pith-bitterness as it warms.
