Chestnut red, with a good, off white head on pour. Caramel malt aroma with a tannic, hoppiness. Sweet tea, with a hint of lemon, taste, and a tannic similar after. Some heft, with a peppery effervescence. Bought this by semi-accident. It was billed as ‘Tongham Tea’, and it wasn’t until I got it home for a closer look that I realised it was just this, relabelled.
