Black, Good tan head on pour, halo and some surface retention with good layering. Creamy, cocoa caramel waffle aroma. Similar, slightly cinnamon, taste and after.

Black. Good tan foam head on pour, with some surface and halo retention, and loos lacing. Roast, brown sugar, syrup, batter aroma. Oddly light texture, slight effervescence. Burnt waffle and syrup taste and after. More waffle than biscuit or wafer? (Which I think is the texture of Stroop waffle, despite ‘waffle’ being in the name.)
