Deep ruby black. No head. (Sample from pre-opened bottle, but lack of head seems normal. Colour seems much darker than other reviews, but this HAS been 6 year aged…) Cinder toffee, coffee, Molasses, tomato-savoury aroma, definite oaky-booze under. Oak smoked dark chocolate taste, with an after that evaporates down the throat, more than is swallowed, leaving a silky dark chocolate feel, with a booze-burn kick. WOW! Despite heavy booziness, still shockingly easy to drink. Well, SIP. WORLD'S STRONGEST BEER!

Black. Little tan surface and halo as poured, with some retention and good lacing. Rich vanilla, nutty caramel aroma. Wow. Hazelnut, vanilla, creamy.

Black red. Halo and little surface head on pour, with tiny halo retention and no lacing. Salted caramel brownie aroma. Weighty, dry, cocoa caramel taste, dry (as in, ‘no liquid’) chocolate caramel after. Wow!

Very black. Some dark tan foam head on pour, with a thin halo and extremely little lacing. Dark chocolate, vanilla aroma, developing coconut. Rich, dark chocolate and vanilla taste, almost cherry menthol Tunes after. Viscous, with sharp bubbles. Why did I have this first? (I mean ‘because that’s how random selection works’, but …) Sesh can only be down hill from this, surely?
