Red-black. Large creamy pour, large settled head, good retention and little solid lacing. Slightly bitter roast, gassy, wet aroma. Shame it wasn't peaty, or that'd've been all 4 elements. Similar taste - creamy when you taste the head, watery burnt coffee otherwise, bit malty/cocoa under. Not BAD, just dull-ish. Can contains a draught pour widget, which is probably the most intersting thing about it. Draws explicit connection to Guinness ('Not made in 1759. What if it's better?', been a while since I had Guinness, but surely it can't be worse than this) - joining Lost lager in insulting popular beers?

Black. Good creamy light tan settling head after pour, with very good retention and solid lacing. Roast malt, slightly coffee, aroma. Creamy, rich, bit mocha-coffee, taste and after. Creamy. Much better than I remembered or was expecting, must be another, more successful, new recipe.
