Quality: 49, Enjoyability: 42, Overall: 45.5
Amber. Good, off-white head as poured, with good retention and OK lacing. Bit cocoa, dried fruit, malt aroma. Weakly similar taste, drier more cocoa after. Brewed to celebrate 40 years of CAMRA, an I think it represents the painfully generical approach to 'Real Ale' that made me quit... Neil liked it, though.
