Quality: 61.5, Enjoyability: 61, Overall: 61.25

Opaque lemon curd, no head as poured. Chewy, toffee/caramel, aroma with a hint of something sharper. Chewy meringue (is that Italian?), lemon curd taste and after. Fuzzy, with sparkly effervescence.
