Opaque purple. Some pinkish foam on pour, spotty thin halo and very little surface retention with a little clumpy lacing. Strong apple crumble vanilla aroma, hint a hint of tarter dark fruit. Tart blackberry and tangy apple, flapjack oaty, taste and after, with a hint of vanilla custard. Creamy.
